Security Deposit: Prior to taking possession of the Detector, Customer shall deposit, in trust, a security deposit of $100 (Per Detector) as security for the performance by Digging it Detectors of the terms under this Agreement and for any damages caused to the detector. Digging it Detectors may use part or all of the security deposit to repair any damages to Detector caused by Customer however.
Digging it Detectors is not just limited to the security deposit amount and Customer remains liable for any balance.
